Fairly Annoying Questions that a large proportion of people have and ask all the time.
Why is your server a bot server? Bots are lame.
Find another server if you don't like bots. Our server features bots because we like it. Our bots are tweaked with custom way points on each map and set to provide a challenging game for all players. Your mileage may vary depending on your skill level and the map being played. Playing with bots also means that we can achieve a higher level of teamwork than on a non-bot server. Bots eliminate the problem of stacking, and tend to unite the human players against a common foe.
But don't you ever turn the bots off?
Sometimes. It's somewhat of a pain to set them up again correctly & Lockdown whines like a friggin 5 year old until we put them back. So most of the time the bots are turned on. If you don't like that... find another server.
Why do I have to glow? That's gay!
Glowing helps tell live players from bots. The bots can't see the colors so it doesn't affect game play. Currently, all new players must glow green, regulars may glow white and Clan Savage members glow blue. Yellow is reserved for elite. Not glowing, or glowing the wrong color, may get you kicked/banned.
I was playing the other day and got kicked/banned. WTF?
You were probably being an asshat. Failing to glow, spamming the mic, team killing/wounding, stacking with the bots, or generally being a dick will get you kicked/banned. If you feel you were banned in error, plead your case in the forums to request the ban be lifted. We are generally understanding... unless you're an asshat.
Why don't you guys filter language?
Language filters are censorship and we don't believe in censorship, other than self-censorship. For crying out loud, you're playing a game that glorifies headshots, and you're concerned about someone dropping the "F-bomb?" Get over yourself.
Why all the custom maps?
We like custom maps because it forces you to think instead of camping in your favorite sweet spot. You can download the maps off the server it has FAST DL, if there is a map thats not downloading fast please let us know.
Do you guys do matches?
Not very often. We're too laid back to try to organize anything like that. If you'd like to scrim, sign up in the forums
How can I support the clan financially?

Can I join Clan Savage?
We are currently recruiting all types of players for CS 1.6. However we're not looking for immense talent. We are looking for players who like to have fun and maybe a little competition. We recruit players with all levels of experience. Everyone gets better eventually and we like to give everyone a chance to come in our clan and have fun and learn more about the game. The biggest requirement is to be cool. Play to have fun, get to know everyone, spam our forums and eventually you will be one of us.
